This Privacy Policy explains how Sophias Strategy Studios, LLC (“Sophias Strategy Studios,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Rankfield mobile game (“Rankfield” or the “App”).
The current version of Rankfield is designed to function without requiring you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location.
We do not intentionally collect or sell personal information for advertising purposes.
Rankfield may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play. Payments are processed by Google Play, not directly by Sophias Strategy Studios, LLC. We do not receive your full payment card or bank account information. Google Play may provide the App with information necessary to confirm or restore a purchase, such as purchase status, product information, or a transaction token.
Rankfield is distributed through Google Play and may use Google Play services that are necessary for app distribution, licensing, purchase processing, security, or related platform functions. Google may process device, technical, diagnostic, or transaction information under Google's own privacy policies and terms. Sophias Strategy Studios, LLC does not control Google's independent data practices.
The current version of Rankfield does not display third-party advertising.
Game settings, progress, or other gameplay-related information may be stored locally on your device when needed for the App to function. Local data generally remains on your device unless a feature specifically states otherwise.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by platform providers such as Google only as necessary to provide services such as app distribution and in-app purchases.
Because the current version of Rankfield does not require an account and is not designed to collect personal profile information, we generally do not maintain an account-based personal data record for users. Locally stored game data can typically be removed by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App. Records maintained independently by Google Play are subject to Google's retention and deletion practices.
Rankfield is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can review and address the request.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the information and services we provide. However, no electronic system or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Rankfield may add features in the future, including online multiplayer, accounts, analytics, advertising, or other online services. If future features materially change how information is collected, used, or shared, we will update this Privacy Policy and, when required, update the disclosures provided through Google Play.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted at this location with an updated effective date.
